Elixir Balancing Powder Milk C Emulsion is a daily emulsion with setting powder effects to hide the pores and balance the skin.
It promotes a well balanced skin condition with the right amount of sebum and moisture to promote an hydrated, glowy skin while concealing pores.
Same mattifying and pore covering effects as the original Oshiroi Milk but with added sheer foundation to cover dullness and uneven skin tone.
It naturally conceals pores, provides moisture and balances the sebum and oily skin.
High UV protection (SPF50+ / PA++++) added to prevent aging and dry skin.
Scented with a fresh bouquet fragrance.
How to use:
Apply in the morning after lotion.
Take about 2 pearl grains of Oshiroi Milk and apply onto face.
Removable with a face wash.
